6 oz “Kohala Blooms” Honey - Pure, raw (unheated), and harvested ethically & sustainably from our treatment-free apiaries of rescued honey bee colonies on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi. Our bees are free to forage amongst local farms and gardens of Kohala, while providing necessary pollination for a local, sustainable food system. This honey is bursting with distinct flavors from various blooms across Kohala, Hawaiʻi.
6 oz Fermented Honey Garlic – Raw Hoʻōla Honey and Organic Garlic fermented for 1–2 months as a super immune booster. Consume a whole garlic clove, take a spoonful, or use in meals to boost immunity and kick coughs, cold and flu. Great in all recipes, just be aware that cooking with heat can ruin beneficial health properties.
6 oz Healing ʻŌlena Honey – This healing honey contains Kohala grown ʻōlena (turmeric), ginger & black pepper to help with absorption. It is a wonderful anti-inflammatory and delicious addition to recipes. Mix a spoonful in warm water to make a tea or consume daily for inflammation & immunity.
3 oz Spicy Nīoi Honey - This spicy nīoi honey is PIKA. Raw Hoʻōla honey infused for 5+ months with golden ghost peppers grown by HL Farm in Waimea, Hawaiʻi (our Papa) and slow dehydrated at low temperatures. Just a word of caution, a little goes a long way! Feel free to mix with a larger jar of pure Hoʻōla honey, this is the super concentrated version. Super ʻono (tasty) drizzled over cheese and crackers.
Hoʻōla Honey Soap – Handmade by the Indigenous Soap Company, this healing soap made with Hoʻōla Honey, ʻŌlena (turmeric root), Laukahi (plantain leaf), and Gingergrass Essential Oil is for passionate people. The smell of Gingergrass balances emotions and relieves the respiratory while the plant/honey/oil mixture is high in antioxidants – healing wounds and nourishing the epidermis.
