Raw Hoʻōla Honey and Organic Garlic fermented for 1-2 months as a super immune booster.
Consume a spoonful, spread on warm bread, or use in meals to boost immunity and kick coughs, cold and flu.
Although cooking with heat can destroy beneficial properties, this honey garlic is a great addition to salad dressings, marinades, charcuterie boards, or just drizzled over veggies. Use in any recipe that calls for garlic and honey (as a sugar alternative).
5 oz glass jar. Store in a somewhat cool and dry place. This item does not need to be refrigerated and contains beneficial health properties.
